Healthy avocado-choco mousse

Because it is Saturday we prepared a Saturday Delice : a healthy mousse with avocado and cocoa powder.

It’s not the first time we made this recipe but is one of our favorite sweet recipes made from avocado.

This sweet delight takes less than 10 minutes to prepare (if you have a blender) and will delight your weekends…

Here is the list of needed ingredients:

– 2 medium sized avocado (ripe avocado)

– 4 table spoons of instant cocoa powder

– 1/2 cup of milk (you can use almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, soy milk)

– 2 table spoons of honey

– vanilla essence or a tiny chunk of vanilla



It is EASY!!!! Just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them until you get a nice smooth mousse. it should not take more than 2-3 minutes.



When done let it cool in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or just serve it as it is!
