Today we delight you with another delicious recipe: simple and healthy pancakes from banana and oatmeal.
The recipe is simple and the mix of the ingredients together with the baking of the pancakes should not take more than 10 minutes, an ideal breakfast for your family!
The ingredients you need for this recipe:
– 2 ripe bananas
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup of oatmeal
– 2 table spoons of peanut butter
– a pinch of salt
Just mix the ingredients together, we used a blender to mix all the ingredients together and we obtained a mixture like the one in the picture below:
The next step is to fry them in a pan, use some oil or butter to grease the pan and just place the mixture in small amounts in the pan, this way it is simpler to turn them around.
Pay attention not to leave them too much time in the pan because they turn brown very fast, in about 30-45 seconds they are done and good to eat!
